All Sales

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include:

• Photos showing the item and packaging

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

Refund Eligibility

Estimated delivery windows:

• U.S. orders: 3–10 business days after shipment

• International orders: 7–21 business days after shipment

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control. authoran.com is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If a shipping issue occurs, customers should first contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their local jurisdiction.
